Our commitment to service just begins when your piece of binding or laminating equiptment is delivered. Every one, whether new or refurbished, comes with on-site professional installation, training for the operators and one year warranty.

During this one year period, all parts, labor, travel, inspections, loaners and additional training of new operators in included. Our Field Engineers are factory trained using OEM parts. All service calls placed are responded to within 4-6 hours. We also stock a vast inventory of parts to cover each manafacturer we sell and service.

Once your one year warranty expires, we offer the same coverage under our equipment maintenance agreements. The EMA's are available whether you purchased the equiptment from us or elsewhere. We also offer "per-call" designated Field Engineer for a free inspection and quote.
